Section 12 Regulations - General Airspace

12.05 No person shall drop anything from an aircraft in flight

  1. which will create a hazard to persons or property.
  2. unless approval has been granted by the Minister.
  3. unless over an authorized jettison area.
  4. unless it is attached to a parachute.
